Assembly Instructions
- Remove the machine from packaging, position and screw lever handle into machine
- Prepare components needed for production (these are to be purchased separately)
- Moulds are fixed to the revolving plate and are marked 1 and 2
- Place mould number 1 in front of you
- Place the front plate into the round mould
- Place your cut to size artwork over the front plate
- Place the mylar on top of the artwork
- Revolve the plate clockwise until mould 2 is in front of you and pull lever down to close the mould
- Place the back component into mould 2 needle facing down for pins
- Revolve the mould clockwise again, pull the lever down and press
- Revolve moulds and remove finished badge
